Common Questions

What homeowners ask

How much does it cost to pave a driveway in the GTA?

Asphalt typically runs $3–7/sq ft. A standard two-car driveway (500–600 sq ft) costs roughly $2,500–$5,000. Interlock is $12–25/sq ft. We provide free on-site estimates for accurate pricing.

When is the best time to pave in Ontario?

May through October. Asphalt needs ground temps above 10°C. June–August is peak season — book early.

How long does an asphalt driveway last?

15–25 years with proper installation and maintenance. Sealcoat every 3–5 years. Quality base prep is the biggest factor.

Asphalt vs. interlock vs. concrete?

Asphalt is most affordable and handles freeze-thaw well. Interlock offers the most design options. Concrete is durable but can crack in severe winters. Best choice depends on budget and goals.

Do I need a permit?

Usually not for repaving at the same size. Widening or adding a new driveway may require one. We help navigate this.

How long does the work take?

Most residential driveways take 1–2 days. You can drive on new asphalt within 2–3 days.
